Never trust this company. They deduct your money but never deliver the packet. I never received a tracking number from the start and now , they just advise that the "parcel successfully delivered to your address"

Have bought Bjorn Borg underwear for nearly 10 years now - the quality is simply not what it used to be.

Underwear would last 2 years previously, now after 6-12 months every single pair will have a hole in the crotch, or worn elastic.

I'm sad to say I'm going to begin looking elsewhere - a shame since I really love their designs!

The cost for the quality delivered is simply not worth it anymore.

Bjorn boxers used to be higher quality. They changed the materials, the elastic and where they are made. Ordered some recently and some of the stitching is falling apart. Really?? these things are not cheap. I’m sure that doesn’t happen all the time and was a one-off, but quality control is important.

Update - After writing this review, Bjorn responded right away and arranged for a new product. Great customer service!!!

This complaint is agaist the brand quality.

After many years of wearing BB shorts, with okay quality, it's absolutely over now.

Bought half a year ago 3X3 box, and again just over a few months ago.
All quality have completely disappeared, out of the 18 pairs there are 3 left, and they are in poor condition.
The thread, yes, because there is only one, holding elastic and trousers together, breaks without any kind of hard impact, the stitching in the trousers itself breaks too, everything falls apart. The fabric itself, and also the elastic, have become wildly thin, but do not have time to fall apart before the stitches in the trousers have fallen apart.

Do yourselves a favor, save the expensively paid money, and buy another product, Bjorn Borg boxer shorts are worthless!!!

Altogether I have purchased 14 boxer shirt underwear from Bjorn Borg and I’m lucky if I have 5 left. Purchased 6 in October ‘21 and 8 in April ‘22.

I have had to throw out numerous pairs as they all split at the crotch seam. At around €10 per boxer you would expect them to last. Cheap supermarket boxers have lasted me years but these I didn’t even get 6 months out of before you could see how worn and frayed they were at the crotch seam.

Will never buy them again. CK, Ralph Lauren & Tommy Hilfiger ones are much more durable.

There size guide was wrong.

I bought men underwear and it said XS is a 30 waist, I event emailed them and they said I am a 30 waist. It was too tight on me, does not work for a 30 waist. They refunded me as a one time courtesy because I can not return it.

Don't buy Bjorn Borg!

Bjorn Borg sneakers (tennisshoes) are made of low grade immitation leather, that makes your feet sweat like crazy.

What quality brand uses this worthless crap.

Very dissapointed.

Bjorn Borg is clearly not a quality brand, but a cheap brand that only wants to make money.

Three times I’ve written to Björn Borg customer service asking when I should expect my delivery which I placed on 5th February. They answered once with a tracking number which informed me it had yet left the warehouse now the DHL can’t find the consignment number.... wish I’d used ASOS or Amazon, won’t be shopping direct again!

Having been given two different discount codes, neither of which work on the products I originally wanted in the sale, I have been informed that they will only work on already discounted items. I therefore picked a few items that I like which are discounted and, yup, neither code works... I will await a code that works and provide an update. Not great...

I think I’m one of those unlucky people I ordered about 3 weeks ago and I’ve been tracking parcel I’ve been in contact with DHL Sweden there telling us to contact Björn Borg about my order I’m definitely not a happy customer because from what I’ve been told it sounds like my order has got lost I wish I never bothered you can’t contact them by phone it’s all emails so you have to wait for them to back to you next time I will buy from the uk

Ordering and delivery were fine. The underwear was nice and comfortable except the little red label proclaiming 'Made in China' has very sharp edges so it feels like there is a drawing pin (thumb tack) down your back. Having gone to the effort of cutting the labels out, all is fine except for the rankle which causes me to be here.......

After placing my order I was sent a confirmation.
After 5 days I had not heard anything else. I contacted the support desk who informed me the time I ordered was out of stock.

It was extremely frustrating that I had to seek this information myself rather than the company informing me as soon as they were aware of the situation.

I like the products, but the site is a little slow and the pricing is unclear, can change at checkout withut warning. Also the size guide is not always accurate. However I keep buying because the products are nice and the prices are quite decent when there is a sale.

I recommend they homogenize their delivery policy and make final pricing more clear.

Great homepage! Easy to use and shop from, really good system where you get points from your purchases you can use to buy from on the homepage. The delivery was really fast to Stockholm. The prices on the homepage are really good, you can rarely find these prices at the retailers. The products are absolutely awesome quality and look / feel really awesome!

Im living in Serbia and here is very hard to find Bjorn Borg wear. Im buying when Im travel to Nordic countries. I go to gym 5 times a week and im running. All i can say is that Im buying only Bjorn Borg in last two years... PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!! So all of you with bad comments i think that you all just sayin to say.... Im in sports whole life and from underwear to toilet bag everything is ❤️
